This is a real good classic name.
Sounds like someone who would run a bar in Rhode Island.
For some reason this reminds me of horseradish. I used to hate it but now it also reminds me of Horace Slughorn from Harry Potter so now I think that it's okay.
I personally think Horace is a good name for a horse.
Horrible and old mannish. Not even good for a pet.
Horace was my father's name so I like it. I have no children to name after him, but I have cats. One is named Horace, and another is named Frances after my mom.
I really like Horace. It’s a strong and distinct name with a good historical association. It also isn’t one you hear everyday, and is classic, not trendy.
Am I the only one who likes this name? I think it's sturdy and solid.
It could be short for Horatio, which is a nice name.
Very pompous, elitist, and butt-ugly! I would have a very low opinion of parents who name their son this, and I'd be partly angry, partly laughing with a red face, if I heard a parent shout: ''Horace, get here!''
Absolutely hideous!
Horace reminds me of the word Horrid.
