Hiram McDaniels is a character from the podcast, Welcome to Night Vale. He is a five headed dragon, a blogger, a former fugitive charged with insurance fraud, and a former candidate for mayor of Night Vale. Hiram escaped police custody after being pulled over for speeding and giving the Sheriff's Secret Police an obviously fake driver's license.
