I really like the name Hillevi. I feel like it's a good best friend name.

This is my sister's midle name, and it was passed onto her from my mom, whose middle name this also is. Good thing my parents settled for Marianne as my first name, and wisely decided against combining Marianne with Hillevi. My sister wasn't so lucky, ha ha. It's not the ugliest name out there, but from a Finn's perspective, it's just old-fashioned and not very pretty.

One of my friends is named Hillevi. It's a really pretty name, especially for her. She pronounces it HILL-eh-vee.
