As much as I love Eloise, I think the Héloïse spelling looks even nicer. I love how elegant, sweet and noble this name feels. Makes me think either of a young, sweet, petite and very well-mannered girl, or a very feminine-looking woman of aristocratic origin. There's also something slightly mysterious to it. Not sure how it would work in the English-speaking world, or anywhere not Francophone really, especially if you wanted to use the special characters, but it's beautiful either way.
I freaking love the name Heloise! I think the love story of Heloise and Abelard is really interesting! :D

This is a very nice French name, although I don't think it would be at all nice in English, except maybe among French Canadians and in Canada in general it would be acceptable. :-)
