Héctor Garibay Flores (born in 1988) is a Bolivian long distance runner who specialises in the marathon. He finished 36th in the Marathon at the 2022 World Athletics Championships. In February 2023, he set a Bolivian record in the marathon running 2:07:44 at the Seville Marathon. This time qualified him for the 2024 Summer Olympics.
Héctor Manuel Mendoza Ripoll is a Cuban professional baseball pitcher in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Mendoza played with the Isla de la Juventud of the Cuban National Series from 2011 to 2015. He signed with the Yomiuri Giants of Nippon Professional Baseball from 2014 to 2016, becoming the first Cuban pitcher signing in the Nippon Professional League with only 20 years.

Héctor Delgado Román is a Puerto Rican former reggaeton recording artist and producer, formerly known by the artistic names Héctor "El Father" and Hector "El Bambino". He announced his retirement in 2008 but had a series of "Farewell Concerts" that went until May 2010. He rose to fame as a member of the duo Héctor & Tito. As a producer Delgado has worked with several reggaeton producers, as well as Emilio Estefan.
Héctor Bellerín Moruno is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a right-back for English club Arsenal and the Spain national team. Bellerín started his career as an attacking winger for FC Barcelona, and credits his development as a successful right-back to Steve Bould upon his arrival at Arsenal in the summer of 2011. His speedy pace, skillful dribbling and ball crossing has also helped in creating chances. On 21 November 2016, he signed a long term contract that ties him to the club until 2022.
