I find the name Haruna so beautiful. One of my fave Japanese names. ^_^ I know this Japanese name is unrelated to the Arabic name "Harun" but it does kind of remind me of this Arabic name that I happen to adore. ^-^

Haruna is a beautiful name. I love it. I know some people who write Haruna with the kanji for spring ('haru') & phonetic character ('na').
