I'm not very fond of the name Hannah... actually, to be honest, I dislike it very much. But Hannele? There is something interesting about it. It doesn't sound as incomplete and childish as Hannah does. Finnish names have proven to be really lovely.
This is my middle name, and it's an okay name, as it seems quite ageless in Finland, so it's neither old-fashioned and grandmother-y nor really immature and girly. It's really common as a middle name for girls and women born in the 80s, so it's quite stale in that sense. This could work in English too, but I'm afraid it would sound a bit youthful and tacky in the same way as Joelle, Janelle, etc.
