The IPA pronunciation in Spanish is actually /ɡɾi.'mal.do/, having the open front unrounded vowel /a/; the open back unrounded vowel /ɑ/ does not exist in the Spanish language. The IPA pronunciation in Italian is the same as in Spanish, except that it has the voiced alveolar trill /r/; the voiced alveolar flap/tap /ɾ/ does not exist in the Italian language. [noted -ed]
