Gail is the oldest daughter of a typical American family who finds out when she turns 18 that she was adopted, and the movie follows her as she moved from anger and hurt to acceptance. I never really thought about this name much before seeing this movie, but though it isn't my favorite it has a nice sound and a pleasant connotation.
