Felipe as a name is a magnificent moniker that is certainly not ‘dumb’. The only application for dumb can be extended to those who refer to it as such.

During my travels as a flight attendant, I have met some men who went by this name and I can only say that I have had positive interactions with them. Overall I think it is a nice name that is most certainly not boring.
