Felicity Featherington is a character in the "Bridgerton" book series, younger sister of Penelope. She has (so far) been omitted from the Netflix television show.
There is a wonderful poem called "Reflections on a Gift of Watermelon Pickle Received from a Friend called Felicity" by John Tobias, which is the last poem in a wonderful anthology named after it. I heartily recommend the book and the poem, even if you don't like poetry.

As others have said, Felicity Merriman is the 4th historical character in the American Girl doll and book series. The stories in the books take place between 1774 and 1776. Her nickname is Lissie.
