WOW! This name is the most beautiful name I have EVER heard! My sister thinks that you say it estefan-YA, instead of Esefan-ee-A, I like both ways! I want to have a baby so I can steal this name from my sister to teach her a lesson!

Can't you see the accent mark? This name is pronounce just like the entry says, with the accent on the 'i'. And by the way, in Spanish, two vowels in the same syllable are run together, so no Spanish speaker would ever say this name estefaniA.
