I live in an area of the US where this is a common name. I often hear it pronounced EE-frame.

I live in the Midwestern US and I (an English speaker) have always said it as EFF-rum most of the time.

That's my name, I live in England and no one's ever pronounced it differently to Eff-raym or Eff-rum.
