It's so strange that this name is perceived as an "old man name" in its native Finland, because to my (American) ears it sounds really youthful. Similar to the Italian names Enzo and Ezio, but fresher and lighter, if possible.

This name is very old-fashioned, and insofar as I have heard of anyone named Ensio, the guy must have been old.
