Emmeline Moore (1872 – 1963) was an American biologist known for her various articles on fish diseases, as well as pioneering work in conservation and combating water pollution. She earned a PhD in biology from Cornell University in 1916. Moore supervised and edited fourteen watershed reports conducted in New York between 1926 and 1939 and these were the most comprehensive scientific surveys of any states' water resources.Moore was the first woman to work as a research biologist in the New York State Conservation Department, as of 1920. She became chief aquatic biologist and director of the New York State Biological Survey in 1932, where she produced some of the best early state surveys of aquatic resources.

Emmeline Edwards is a Haitian-American neurochemist serving as director of the division of extramural research at the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health. She previously researched the neural mechanisms of complex behaviors and characterization of a genetic model of affective disorders at the University of Maryland, College Park. From 2000 to 2010, Edwards was deputy director of the extramural program at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
A.A. Milne (of Winnie the Pooh fame) wrote a poem called 'Before Tea' about a little girl called Emmeline who has mucky hands. It was published in his book of poetry for children called 'When We Were Very Young' (1924).

In the movie version of The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie, Emmeline is the name of the head mistress Miss Mackay (pronounced Mackye, not Mackay). I don't know whether that's the case in the play. If memory serves, her first name is not given in the original novel.
Emmeline Pankhurst. She was the founder of the WSPU in the early 20th century. One of England's original feminists and she fought for the rights of females being able to vote.
Emmeline is the name of a mixed-race slave in the novel "Uncle Tom's Cabin."

Emmeline Vance is a minor character in Harry Potter. She's in the Order of the Phoenix and was a part of the team who rescued Harry from the Dursley's in the summer before 5th year.
