Alright...but I would use it for a book character (and call her Ely/Elyza) but not a human child.

Interesting way to spell super common Elizabeth...I mean, it could be worse, but this name isn't too bad, though the y takes away some of the original charm. At least it's not, oh, let's say, Ilyzahbith...

I actually like this name better than Elizabeth.

I personally like this. I mean a lot of people misspell it, I will say since I do have that spelling of the name but it’s pretty modern even though people don’t really like it. And sure to you it may ruin the original spelling but to me it has lots of value and importance.

I personally have this name and I’m pretty surprised about the results coming here. I will say yes, I think it’s a little weird of the spelling but honestly it’s a lot better being unique than having the name of 1000s of others. Sure it’s more modern than the classics but I would also like to point out times change way more often then you might think they do, well I hope you will understand, and I hope you have a nice day.

People are overreacting, this spelling isn't exactly good, but it's literally just one letter away from "Elizabeth" (the original spelling) I personally would use this if I didn't have a choice. Elizabeth and Elyzabeth are both beautiful names that deserve to be loved. And at least it isn't spelled Allyzabeth.

Well, since Ely is already a variant of Eli, then Elyzabeth is an entirely plausible variant of Elizabeth. I'm really starting to like Elyzabeth and its uniqueness.

I love this spelling. Alyzabeth is still my favorite but this is very nice too.

I agree. Elizabeth is a beautiful name (of course, it's my own). Don't ruin it by misspelling it.
