The pronunciation on this site is eh-LISH-uh-buh (somewhat like Alyssa), but I've only ever heard eh-LIE-shuh-buh (somewhat like Elijah), which to me is much prettier. I don't like this site's pronunciation, but I like the name using the pronunciation that I've always known.
