In my mind Elio is linked with air (the Italian form of Helium) and with Heaven (El- Hebrew word). It is also linked with yellow (both Sun (helios) and electricity).
I personally quite dislike it because it seems a dad-name. As it is coming back for the new generation maybe in the future it would be great...
