I'm sure there are some Dutch people that pronounce the name that way, as it is obviously based on the French pronunciation of Édouard.
However, I have never encountered that pronunciation myself. In my experience, the pronunciation of Eduard usually has three syllables, all of which can be heard very clearly:

If you ask me, this is the actual Dutch pronunciation of the name - free from the influence of foreign languages. As such, you might want to consider adding it in the future - right next to the current Dutch pronunciation.
