Edmilsa Governo (b. 1998) is a Mozambican para-athlete, who won a bronze medal in the women's 400 metres T12 event at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio. She also won a gold medal in the 200 metres T12 event at the 2015 African Games, and a bronze medal in the 400 metres T12 event at the 2015 IPC Athletics World Championships. Governo and Hilario Chavela were Mozambique's flag bearers at the 2020 Summer Paralympics Parade of Nations in Tokyo. Then she competed at the 2024 Summer Paralympics in Paris.
