I love this name because of Drake Carne from Poldark - however, I don't think I would use it in real life because people would probably think it was after the celebrities who bear/use the name (which couldn't be further from the truth).
I can only think of Drake the rapper when I hear this name.

Drake is a cool name because it means "dragon". Also my bf's name is Drake so that is another reason I like the name Drake. Also Drake can be a male duck too.

My name is Drake and my uncle always calls me "Dwake." It's really annoying! Also, I think the meaning Dragon is better than the meaning Male Duck.
I think Drake would make a really cute and unique girl's name too. But I wouldn’t name a girl Drake unless I made her middle name feminine. I like Drake Alexandra and Drake Tiana. I like it for a boy too, and I actually think it’s better for a boy but it’s equally cute for a girl too, I think!

I think of a handsome, popular asshole when I hear this name.
I named my son "Drake Dee Emmanuel _____" I'm super proud of this name and a lot of people think it's brilliant because so many people have heard this awesome name but not many people have ever met somebody with this name!
Drake is such a cool, hot name for a guy! The meaning "dragon" is so badass! I love this awesome name! :D.

I LOVE this name! Mainly because it means dragon (as you know, I'm milkweedDRAGON), but I didn't know it also meant male duck. It sounds nice to me, and it actually seems to be quite popular. I think it's better off meaning "Dragon".
This is my son's name and his name has never been referred to a "duck" only a Dragon or Drake the Vampire from the Blade movie. His middle name is Logan for those who need a good middle name. Kids at school LOVE his name and I do too.
I really like how this name looks and sounds, but I would never use it because of its meaning. I mean come on, a male duck! Who would want to be named after that? Yes, I know "Drake" is also derived from "dragon", but still it also means a male duck.
Drake seems a bit early 2000's - perhaps because I associate it with the television show Drake & Josh. It used to appeal to me more; though I don't adore it, I feel that it has a place to be used.
I named my son Drake and it suits him perfectly. I know one meaning is "male duck" but the meaning "dragon" makes it very very cool. I did have a hard time finding a good middle name to go with it.
