I've encountered this as well as Ronalda as an older French Canadian name (late 19th/early 20th century, up to maybe the 40s).
Nicknames could be Donna, Dodie, Dolly, Dollie, Didi, Dee Dee, Dee, Allie, Ally and Alda.
This name is also in use in Lithuania, where it is the feminine form of Donaldas, the Lithuanian form of Donald.- https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donalda_(Vorname) (in German)
