I don't like this form, I prefer 'Deanne'. It looks like someone stretching the spelling of Dean.

This name is plain English, but it is very soft and feminine. It actually sounds more French, in my opinion.
A friend of mine has this as a middle name, it's a combination of her grandmother and grandfathers' middle names, which is pretty cool.
