I stumbled on this name one day, and I immediately fell in love! I love how soft the pronunciation is and how strong and handsome it is. Caius/Gaius is mentioned in the Bible a few times. I would love to use this name and name him Caius Angelo if I ever want children someday.
I like the name okay but I prefer the shortened Cai. Caius sounds a bit too Ancient Roman for a boy today. Still, it would be a great name for a strong hero in a book.
The name Caius is so sooo HOT and handsome! ^___^ ♥ A VERY classy name. 10/10.

It sounds very strong and historical, though it has a bit of a hard sound to it. Maybe it's just because of Caius from Twilight, but I think it would better suit a calculating, cold-hearted person than a big old softie type of guy.
I really like this name. It nicknames well, looks great in print and has a nice sound to it. The only thing I don't like is how it's associated with Twilight.

I LOVE the name Caius, it'll be my son's middle name, well one of them! I got Caius from Twilight!
I ADORE this name. I used "Cai/Kai" as a nickname for my baby when I was first pregnant (I had a dream and wrote down the name McCaius). I later miscarried and found twins, but feeling like it was a boy and girl we named the boy James McKaius (K instead of C because it looked less confusing in print). (although I broke one of my rules 1). By making my own name, and 2). Using C and K for the same sound in the same name. So now I'm a hypocrite!) Many of these Roman names have a very nice sound and can be blended into modern culture quite well, I think.
