This is certainly a far better diminutive for Rebecca than 'Becky', at least in my book. I'm actually quite fond of Becca, both as a nickname and on its own.
My name is Becca, I like it, but I am not fond of it. I hate it when everyone wants to call me Becky, it is annoying! But, I don't understand why Becca is such a hated name! It is lovely and very likable.

I personally don't like the name Becca. It's too plain. Rebecca is such a better name.

The most beautiful name ever created. The rhythm of the name Becca sounds like a small song that sings about the beautiful things in life. Such a beautiful name. Becca is the song of beauty in a name.
Being a Becca is awesome. I can't find a reason for a non Becca to hate such a lit name. Plus BECCA IS A VERY INTERESTING NAME, though common, all Becca's are uniquely different from each other. And that's the beat part of being a Becca.
I love the name Rebecca. It seems like the younger generation tends to like Becca better as a nickname, and those who are in their 30's and up tend to favor Becky. Of course there are exceptions and it's just my humble observation. It's interesting, how names fall in and out of favor. People get so fired up about how ugly or pretty certain names are. It's kind of funny to me. Each generation follows their own trend. I'm in my early 30's and Becky was the cool nickname for Rebecca growing up. Go Full House! :)

I do like the name Becca. It is cute and fun. I'm using it for a story, but it's too common.
My name is Becca. I don't love it but I don't hate it. I don't really like the way it sounds to say it "Beck-uh". Everyone always wants to call me "Becky" which I HATE! Yea I would never go by Becky--that's such an ugly name!
My name is Becca, short for Rebecca Lynn. In my opinion it's just okay name. At least I didn't get stuck with an ugly name like Brandy or Morgan or something.

"Becca" sounds ridiculous. But, then again, so does "Becky" and "Reba". There really are no good short forms of Rebecca (in my opinion, of course). It's not my name, but it is my friend's, and she just goes by Rebecca. I think it's a nice enough name on its own and it doesn't really shortening.
Ah, the curse of the Becca. It's my name too and I prefer it over Rebecca. 4 other girls are named Rebecca in my grade and they all go by Becca! Grr, I hate it! Especially when people I don't really know call me Becca. So I now use the anagram Cebca and only my friends call me that. Now I can walk around school without turning every time someone yells Becca.
My name is just Becca and I love my name! Sometimes people call me Bek. But I like being called Becca. My grandmothers name is Rebecca, which is where I got my name.
My friend's problem is TOTALLY opposite. Her name is just Becca and people try to call her Rebecca. And, personally, all the Beccas I know are really sweet and considerate.
I don't like this at all. My name is Rebecca, so naturally people try to call me Becca. Ever since I was a kid, I'd get very upset if called this. Most people I know with this name are conceited and arrogant. No offence to anyone with this name, because honestly, the person makes the name. It's just not my preference.
