Lovely glittering name however as others have said in England AVIVA is the #1 largest general insurer and in Canada it's the second largest so to my ears Aviva = insurance. It's also an insurance company in China, India and Ireland (⁎•̛̣̣꒶̯•̛̣̣⁎).
Gorgeous but damn the first thing I thought of was the insurance company so no way. Companies need to stop ruining names Alexa and Aviva are great but I can never use em.

Aviva is a beautifully stunning name. Gorgeous in its own right. I find it very exotic, feminine, and graceful. Even a bit mysterious too. The meaning is lovely as well. I would love to give this to a daughter someday. First or middle name.
A few years ago, when my best friend asked me to pick an English name for her for work, I chose this name for her. And when my daughter was born in 2019, I gave her the name because it is beautiful and it is after my best friend.
If I wasn't in the UK I would consider this. AVIVA is a huuuge insurance company over here and brings to mind call centres and car crashes so unfortunately the name would not work, it would be akin to naming a child Walmarty which is a shame because it's otherwise very very lovely.

I found out about this name on the TV series Wild Krats. It's super pretty and I can see it on any age!
Gorgeous, beautiful name! It means spring in Hebrew, and that is an amazing meaning. I LOVE it, and Aviv is wonderful too. The meaning spring is so calm, relaxing, amazing, stunning, and gorgeous! It is clear, crisp and fresh, and your little girl has a blessed name, and she will probably love nature. I totally wish my name was Aviva!
This is my middle and Hebrew name. I know one girl who’s Hebrew name is also Aviva from Hebrew school and one girl who’s first name is Aviva from sleep away camp. I think Aviva is a pretty name and wished it was used more here in the States.
