A timeless classic. I picture a woman who is somehow both young and old, taking wary, curious steps into a warm tide that is ebbing in and out, staring with wonder at the unfathomably spacious world ahead of her... teal-tinted, even-numbered and impossible to dislike.
I love the meaning of this name! I feel that it would suit anyone from a small toddler to a greying elder. Asherah flows well as a name and isn't at all overused. I do prefer the name 'Ashira' but only by one syllable. I wouldn't name my child Asherah but I would suggest it to others. My favourite combinations for Asherah: Iris Asherah Asherah Thomasin Asherah Wilmot Ivy Asherah Evie Asherah Caroline Asherah.
This is such a beautiful name; I'm blown away by it. I don't know how it'd be used, though. Character? A real person? I don't know, I just want to hear it more.
