Shouldn't the description say that the name comes from Arthmael (since it is composed of the elements 'arth' and 'mael' - plus Arthmael is a legitimate name), rather than Arthfael?
I agree with Lucille: Armel is a Gallicized form of the Old Breton name Arthmael, the Breton cognate of Arthfael. Maybe Armel's usage should also be marked "Breton" in addition to "French". [noted -ed]
