Allina 'Alli' Paasikivi (née Valve, previously Hildén; 1879 – 1960) was the second wife of Finland's seventh president, Juho Kusti Paasikivi, serving as the First Lady of Finland from 1946 until 1956.

She was actively involved in many social welfare and charitable initiatives, especially in the areas of families, children, and the disabled. She served as the honorary chairwoman and patron of the charitable Alli Paasikivi Foundation from its foundation in 1952 until her death.

Alli Fitz (1993-) (real name Alexandria Fitzpatrick), is a YouTuber and singer.

Alli Mauzey is an American stage actress. Her big break came when she originated the role of Lenora in the 2008 Broadway production of the musical "Cry Baby", for which she won a Theatre World Award. She also served as standby to Kendra Kassebaum's Glinda in the musical "Wicked" from April - October 2007. She then replaced Kassebaum in the role, performing from November 2008 - August 2009.
