I personally love this name and I find it very pretty and saccharine. The unique spelling feels fresh and peppy but at the same time excessively "different". I do prefer this spelling more than the traditional "Amy" as it feels more visually appealing and less generic. A friend of mine is named Aimee and they are very sweet and Aimee-able (sorry) so that may be some sort of personal bias.Overall I believe "Aimee" is a lovely name. It feels very sweet and fresh and is a good alternative to the commonly used "Amy."
I think Amy is a not interesting, bland name. But this spelling kind of makes it better.

My name is Aimee and I absolutely love my name! My mum wanted a unique spelling and this one is very pretty, adorable and cute. The name means ‘Beloved’. I forgive the jealous haters. I am God’s beloved child. Aimee is a special name.
It's Amy, guys, not Aimee. Aimee is plain ugly and strange with the "mee" part. It looks terrible and simply wrong written down. While Amy is beautiful! It's the original spelling and it looks mature and stunning! PLEASE use the spelling Amy if you're planning to name your child this. It's so much prettier and nicer. It may be more common, but if you're going to pick the common name anyways, why pick the ugly one?!

My name is spelt Aimee, and I personally like it as the name is such a common name for people my age, but is spelt Amy. I've always liked having a different spelling to everyone else. There were 6 Amy's in my year group and then me Aimee. I do like both spellings, but I always prefer going for something less common and more different.
