I do really love this name. The way it sounds is just so pretty! I do prefer some other spellings of this name however it's still beautiful!

In Finland, Aila is a name that was popular around the 60's, so it's considered rather old-fashioned there. I personally associate it with older ladies, but to a non-Finnish speaking person I can understand it might sound a youthful name!
