She speaks to a longing for balance and harmony, offering solace in times of strife. Kindness, empathy and reconciliation in fostering understanding and unity among all people... a timeless emblem of peace, Aghavni spreads their wings to encompass hearts and souls.
It's a very pretty name, but since I'm American (not of Armenian descent), if I were to name my daughter this, everyone would probably caller her ah-GAHV-nee instead, and that would be annoying.

Somehow, although the "G" and the "H" together would normally put me off, this name appeals to me. I think the final "I" gives it spunk.
