If you were interested in more than one child, are you willing to accept siblings? no, but multiples are fine
Multiples are siblings. Are you willing to accept siblings? Or only if the siblings are multiples?

As in.
I will not take for expmple child A (2 yrs old and child B (5 yrs old), but will take twins C and D.
