On each turn, you do four things:
1. Take your TWO favorite names from Purgatory and move them to Heaven.
2. Take your TWO least favorite names from Purgatory and move them to Hell.
3. Take your ONE least favorite name from Heaven and move it back to Purgatory.
4. Take your ONE favorite name from Hell and move it back to Purgatory.
