This has been the year of babies for the Thompson family. Tori and Austin had their second child, Alexa Rose. Chloe is ecstatic to have a little sister. Jack and Charlotte welcomed a little boy last month, John Trenton Thompson, or "JT" for short. Both Emma and Anna also had babies in the past year. Family gatherings have become a lot more noisy, to say the least. Emma's son Caleb was born nearly two months prematurely, but after spending a week in the NICU, he has made a full recovery. Anna's son Jem was born the same day as Caleb, but he was right on time and healthy. Jenny and Keenan are still going out, and Jenny thinks Keenan will propose soon. Pip is growing up too quickly. He has developed an obsession with rock climbing, and he wants to climb the tallest mountains in the world. Dallas and Elijah are progressing slowly. Dallas' Down Syndrome seems less severe than Elijah's, but both boys are still greatly affected.

A lot has happened in a year! Three new grandchildren were just recently born. Arden became a big sister after Niamh gave birth to daughter Alla Claire Davies a few months ago. Natalya and Jeremy became first time parents with the birth of twins Nadya Annika and Milo Rohan Volkov just a few weeks ago. All the moms and babies are doing great. Niamh, Miles and Jeremy have all finished University. Sonya and Rupert have announced their engagement! They have yet to set a wedding date. Sonya is also taking a break from school to compete internationally in figure skating. Dmitri seems to be doing well also, he enjoys looking after his nieces and nephew.

Sarah and Holden got married and had a baby exactly 9 months later, Juliana. Ilan and Shoshanna love their new grandbaby. Ari is still with Rory, but she's only 19, so they aren't making any permanent future plans at the moment. Teddy is still with Chloe as well. They had a great time in Europe/Israel and Chloe is much more interested in Judaism.

This was a huge year for the Brennans!
Leon and Emily both turned 50, and they celebrated throwing a big birthday party with lots of friends and family.
4 babies were welcomed into the family. Sibéal and Chance were surprised to find out they were expecting twins! Everyone was very happy for them. Some weeks later, Conor and Audrey announced they were expecting a baby as well. They had a baby girl. During Emily and Leon's party, Saoirse and Vincent announced they were going to have a boy! The women enjoyed being pregnant together and now they get together at least once a month so the babies will spend some time together while they talk with each other.

They found out a few days before the wedding and had considred annoucing it at the reception, but decided to wait a little while in order to let everyone recover from the wedding (and not offend the more conservative realtives!). Everyone was thrilled, especially Sara and Andy and Finn's parents Mark and Grace! Lily and Finn decided on the name Mirabelle Anastasia, for both their meanings and their uncommonness. Mira ia a delightful three-month-old who loosk very much like her father. Only a few weeks after Mira's birth, there was another reason to celebrate--Gabe and Ruby got married! After six months of dating Gabe proposed to the love of his life, and they had as beautiful a wedding as Lily and Finn did. The new couples are so happy to be startign theri lives together, and Elizabeth and James are so happy with their new in-laws and adorable new niece!

Ava and Jasper got married recently, and Charles and Liz couldn't be happier. They are glad that she was lucky enough to meet someone just like her. Jasper works as a teacher at the school where Bella and Phil go, and Ava got a job there too. It works out perfectly, and they make enough to rent a nice three bedroom apartment. Colin and Lily each had a child! Colin and Amalia welcomed little Eva into the world just two weeks before Lily gave birth to Liam. Emma is struggling to keep up a long distance relationship with Arthur, and they are slowly but surely growing apart. Kayla is enjoying her last year of middle school, and hopes to continue recieving top marks in high school. She and her best friend, Graciela, hope to be in all the same classes.
