Eamon and Deirdre have their first son who they named Aengus Niall O'Shea. Aengus was born on May 29th, 2009 at 7:43 am, weight 8 lbs 2 oz. and measuring 21 inches long.

Aengus is almost 7 months old now. He is very verbal and loves to crawl all over the place. Eamon and Deirdre have had some problems with their new sleeping schedules but other than that they are doing well. Deirdre works for a small newspaper. Eamon is in a celtic folk band and is the music teacher at a local Primary School.
