Kimberly Anne and Olivia Jane- 2
Kimberly and Olivia were given up for adoption by their parents because their parents were no longer able to support them. The girls still mention their parents, but it is rarely. Kimberly loves her dolls and is bad about sharing. She is very independent in all she does. Olivia is the opposite. She doesn't mind giving her things aways. She is very dependent and always asks for help. She is a bit of clinger also. Both girls love playing outdoors and have an extreme interest in animals.

A year later...
Olivia and Katherine (formerly Kimberly) are now three years old, and they now view Noa and Anya as their family; neither brings up their birth parents anymore. Both of them are quite talkative, and Katherine in particular spends hours talking to her dolls, making up complicated life stories for them. Katherine is also a bit better with sharing, but is still nowhere near Olivia's generosity, who will give her toys to any other kid who asks for them. Anya and Noa have tried telling her that it's not okay to be too generous, but it doesn't seem to be sinking in yet.
Each of the girls has her own tricycle, and both are very enthusiastic about them; they love going for strolls on them with their mums on weekend afternoons. They also immediately took to Johnny and Pippa, and when the hamsters had cubs, they insisted on keeping two before giving away the others; the baby hamsters were aptly named Ellie and Ava, after Olivia and Katherine's best friends at preschool.
Olivia isn't as starved for attention as she used to be, but she still enjoys getting as much screentime as she can. She often helps Noa with cooking as the official sampler, whereas Katherine prefers to watch and eat once the food is ready. Katherine is still very independent, and though she can't tie her own shoelaces yet, which annoys her a bit, she insists on picking out her own clothes.
All in all, the girls seemed to have adapted very quickly to their new family, and they certainly look very happy with their new lives
.
(I hope my changing the name is all right; if it isn't, let me know.)
