Family 1
DW: Cammie Dee
DH: Mark Ronald
DS: Jett Kimball (Genevieve)
DS: Cade Landon
Cammie wants to get a little more adventurous with their next son’s name, but also wants the two to match. She wants an unusual, masculine, one-syllable fn. Mark gets to pick the mn again, and he would like something traditional that is more popular now than ever before (i.e. something like Caleb as opposed to Willam).
Family 2
DW: Brianna Victoria “Brie”
DH: Daniel Bernard “Dan”
DD: Logan Nicole (bopperlynn)
DS: Dawson Bentley
Brie and Dan will soon be welcoming a little boy. They would like to somehow honor Dan…how is up to you. They prefer trendy surnames with a distinguished sound, and don’t mind if no one can tell which name belongs to their son and which belongs to their daughter.
Family 3
DW: Mary Wilson
DH: Alfred Winslow “Win”
DS: Reuben Moncrief “Ben” (MThenard)
DD: Elizabeth Castille "Izzy"
Mary and Win love their son’s balance of a normal nn and an unusual full name. For their daughter, they would like to use a normal full name with an unusual nn. Her fn should be Mary, Anne, or Elizabeth (a tradition on Mary’s side of the family), and her mn should be a family surname (either Simmons, Sullivan, Castille, or Covington). Her nn can come either from the fn, the mn, or from some combination of the two.
Family 4 / 5
DW: Ariel Natalie
DH: Panagiotis “Panos”
DD: Guinevere Quincey “Gwen” (bopperlynn & RowenaRavenclaw)
DS or DD: Ioannes Tristan or Eleni Ophelia
DH: Perry James
DW: Madison Claire “Madi”
DD: Guinevere Quincey “Gwen” (bopperlynn & RowenaRavenclaw)
DD: Bella Autumn
Ariel and Perry broke up soon after their daughter was born, and have both since remarried.
Ariel and Panos must use a Greek fn, because their child will be baptized in the Greek Orthodox Church. Tradition says they must use a grandparent’s name, so any variation of Panos’s parents names (Giannis & Dafne) or of Ariel’s parents (Steve & Ellen) will do for the fn. For the mn, Ariel gets her pick, and would like a romantic name like Guinevere’s.
Perry and Madi are expecting a daughter, and they would like her to have a cute, nickname-y fn like theirs and Gwen’s. They would like to be more adventurous with her mn – they want something uncommon but not out of line with today’s trendy frilly names like Olivia, Isabella.
