Congrats Wil, Lydia, Noelani, Jacob, Yuliya and Mason, and Bullseye, Silver, Maria, Nala and Zelda!
Britta Kaja is 9 years old and from Sweden. Britta was found on the street when she was 6, but her parents were never found, and had no relatives that would take her in. Britta is a mute, she cant speak, therefore uses sign language.
Ya Zhen, Wei Chao, and Huan Bo are 12 year old triplets from China. Both Ya and Huan want a more English name, but Wei likes his Chinese name. Ya, being the only girl, loves sports, like her two brothers and can not stand the kind of girl who is constantly doing their hair or nails. She dreams of being a teacher in a school of underprivlaged students. Wei is the most athletic of the three, he wants to be on the local basketball team, and dreams of being a pro athlete. Huan is the most shy of the the three. He is blind in his left eye and would like to join a soccer team for kids with disabilities like his own. None of them speak English.
Tell us how they do!
This is my resting spot
I can let myself breathe
I may not be perfect
But at least I am free

The kids are all adjusting pretty well. Britta fits right in with the family. She was signing away the first afternoon. Shortly after her arrival, Britta made it known that she wanted a kitten. So, we got a tabby cat named Carl. Ya, Wei, and Huan are also doing pretty well. We have kept all of their names, but have added English middle names to everybody. Ya now goes by her middle name, Anne; Wei does not use his middle name, Daniel; and Huan goes by his middle name, Jordan. The kids are doing great. Anne is playing field hockey and doing track and field. Wei is playing basketball. Huan is playing soccer on a regular school intramural team, as we could not find a disabled team. However, Huan seems to have adjusted well and now plays with the best kids on the team.
My lovely PPs!
