Just after Liam's birthday, James and Clara thought it would be nice to go for a short vacation to the Jersey shore, a place they both grew up going to. They packed up their things for a week in the middle of July, going to the summer house Clara's parents owned. Liam loved the sand, but wouldn't go in the ocean if Clara wasn't there to hold him so he was just floating in the water. James and Clara spent some alone time together when Clara's parents came up for the weekend, and watched after Liam when James and Clara wanted to be alone on the beach. It was two months after this short trip to the beach that Clara found out she was pregnant again, and she couldn't have been happier. Seven months later, little Gracie Ruth was born, a very loud seven pound five ounce baby girl.
