Where on earth is "Worsley Iance"?In North America, Asenath was regularly used during the 18th century by descendants of the Puritan settlers of New England. I would guess that this name might indicate Puritan or at least Protestant ancestry.

I would guess its a short form of Worsley in Lancaster England, though I could be wrong :)
