If it is pronounced according to its origin from the word Elysium, it would be "eh-LEE-zhuh" in English, with the same sound as the z in "azure". However, I suspect that in real life more Americans with this name pronounce it as "uh-LEE-shuh", as Agata's friend.

In British English, I've always heard Elysium pronounced "eh-LIZZ-ee-um", and would therefore pronounce Elysia "eh-LIZZ-ee-uh". I imagine there are countless ways of saying it though.
