To add some context to this for Mike, there are two .csv files on that website listing the popular names for boys and girls for 2020 and 2021:
2021: https://cuentame.inegi.org.mx/poblacion/natalidad/Nombres_mas_populares_2021.csv
2020: https://cuentame.inegi.org.mx/poblacion/natalidad/Nombres_mas_populares_2020.csv
The table that is included on the website shows the popular baby names from the period between 2017 and 2020.

yeah, that's right!
Just a heads up, I had a reply from Mike about the data from Brazil (from the 2010 Census, displaying usage of names by decade) that I had sent him and basically, he's focusing on getting the latest update finished and what I had sent to him is on the todo list. I am going to assume the Mexico source is on his todo list as well.
