The version of Arvanitika seems to me ridiculous. The old Greek Johannes was borrowed to Latine (Johannes again) and, then from Latine to German Johan (Johannes, Hans), English John and Grench Jean.

No influence from new Greek (demotika Helenika) or Albanian (Arbanitika) is possible.
