Dadopt: Dear Adopted Child

At least, that's how I was taught it.

Sometimes AD and AS means Adopted Daughter and Adopted Son too. :) And LN is Last Name.

I really don't get why they just don't call it H, W, S, D - and skip the D's in front? x)
