Sulevi is not present in the famous www.nordicnames.de.

I suggest you to ask for informations about Sulevi in their forum: http://www.nordicnames.de/forum/viewforum.php?f=11&sid=0eecf98aa3e64038967e4182870a52a8.
I've asked questions there about scandinavian names, always with good results.

No need to worry! You don't need to be a member to post a question in the "Guests' Questions on Nordic Names" section of their Forum. You just have to push the button with "New Topic" on it.
