...I always wanted to ask you about your amusing animated picture! Gotta admit that at first it freaked the bejesus out of me, but it is somehow growing on me. Who is this mad demented woman in the photo?

*Butting in* Margaret/Marguerite Perrin
She was on the American "reality show" Trading Spouses, and has become something of an Internet phenomenon because of her complete batshit insanity.

Clips of her meltdown can be found all over the Internet, but here's one place to see it (beware the possible adult ads on the sidebar though): http://snipurl.com/knfv. All the quotes in ADT's icon was actually said by Ms. Perrin.
The kicker is that, even after all that ranting, the New Age mother of the other family kindly offered to give Perrin the prize money the family had earned. Perrin accepted, and got gastric bypass surgery.
