Okko is a Finnish pet form of Oskari.

Immi is a variant form of the Finnish name Impi which means "virgin".

one more question...are those "complete" given names?
eg, like Lisa is used as a full name, even though its a pet form of ELizabeth?

Yes, both Okko and Immi are complete given names! Immi is very rare but Okko is a common name in Finland.
