I believe that Gwenaëlle would be prounced "gveh-nah-EHL", wherein the final "l" is not velarised, but rather pronounced very clearly. I regret to say that this is only a guess, based upon the pronunciation of Edwige as "ehd-VEEZH", as my French professor -- Edwige being her forename -- does.
