Stop Posting This.
Its getting annoying. Once is enough. Second, my sister-in-law still can't post. It might help to add Washington, DC to your list. It may not be a state, but it is in the continental USA.
And no - its not part of Virginia or Maryland. Its just Washington, DC - a city.
